T.J. Smith

T.J. Smith serves as Executive Vice President of Right of Way for Partner Valuation Advisors. Mr. Smith has been actively engaged in real estate valuation since 2006, with experience spanning a wide range of property types and valuation purposes.

His experience includes appraisal and consulting services from all over the State of Texas and various areas across the United States. Since graduating with a Masters in Land Economics & Real Estate from Texas A&M University in 2006, he has worked in valuation and consulting services on various property types, working extensively on litigation assignments. T.J. most recently served as Vice President at BBG, Inc. Prior to that, he served as Director in Kroll, LLC’s Real Estate Advisory Group and Co-Lead of the Right-of-Way practice group. Prior to joining Kroll, Mr. Smith was a Vice President at CBRE as well as an appraiser at JLL Valuation and Advisory services and was Senior Analyst with Integra Realty Resources – DFW for over a decade.

During his tenure, he has assisted in valuation and consulting services on various property types. His appraisal experience includes numerous valuations for financial underwriting, eminent domain assignments, right-of-way abandonments, impact studies, market studies, corridor valuations, easement valuations, land swaps, diminution in value, and assistance in jury trials. His experience in appraisal includes projects for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), various local municipalities, Trinity River Authority (TRA), ONCOR, Tarrant Regional Water District, AMTRAK, The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and various other pipeline and electrical transmission line companies.

Mark Sadler

Mark Sadler serves as Executive Vice President of Right of Way & Litigation for Partner Valuation Advisors. Mr. Sadler has been actively engaged in real estate valuation since 2006, with experience spanning a wide range of property types and valuation purposes.

His experience includes appraisal and consulting services from all over the State of Texas and various areas across the United States. Since graduating with a Masters in Land Economics & Real Estate from Texas A&M University in 2006, he has worked in valuation and consulting services on various property types, working extensively on litigation assignments. At previous stops, he has served as a team lead, earning Top Producer and Team of the Year honors.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Sadler has been designated as an expert witness in State & Federal court and is frequently retained to provide expert witness testimony in hearings, for both landowners and condemning authorities. He has extensive experience in providing valuation and advisory services for litigation support purposes such as eminent domain cases, bankruptcy filings, partnership disputes, divorce proceedings, and tax protests. His experience includes valuation of various property types including farm & ranch land, future development land, interim use properties, mixed-use developments, industrial facilities, retail centers, restaurants, convenience stores, office buildings, hotels/motels, apartment complexes, single-family residences, billboards, utility easements, and transportation corridors.

James Graber

James Graber serves as a Senior Managing Director for Partner Valuation Advisors. In this role, Mr. Graber supports the South Central Region and contributes to national initiatives. With extensive experience in commercial real estate valuation, strategic growth, and operational leadership, he has led national teams and developed platforms across both core and specialty asset classes. Mr. Graber is focused on delivering institutional-grade valuation services and expanding Partner's reach and capabilities.

Vernon Williams 

Based in Dallas, Vernon Williams is a Senior Vice President at Partner Valuation Advisors with over a decade of experience in valuations, rent studies, and consulting. His primary focus has been on the "Core Three" commercial property types throughout his career: industrial, office, and retail, with a strong emphasis on industrial assets. 

With additional expertise in valuing agricultural and special-use properties, Vernon brings a well-rounded perspective to complex real estate challenges. Known for his analytical approach and strong background in data interpretation, statistical modeling, and problem-solving, he is adept at transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance. 

Before joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Vernon began his career in the investment brokerage industry, working as an investment trader and wholesaler for Fortune 100 companies, including Bank of America and Wachovia Bank, now Wells Fargo. His ability to assess market conditions and adapt to regulatory changes laid a strong foundation for his transition into real estate appraisal in 2014 when he joined Integra Realty Resources (acquired by JLL in 2016), where he remained until mid-2025.

Erik Hill

As Managing Director for Partner Valuation Advisors, Erik Hill oversees the firm's growth in the Dallas market. He also serves as National Practice Lead for the Healthcare and Life Science practice. 

Mr. Hill brings 17 years of commercial real estate experience to his role at Partner. The array of valuation and advisory services he delivers includes real property and going-concern appraisals, fair market rent studies for lease negotiation and Stark compliance, purchase price allocations for FASB ASC 805 and ASC 820 compliance, and other consulting services. Mr. Hill was named as one of GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum's Fifty Under 40 in 2022.

Prior to joining Partner, Mr. Hill served as Managing Director and National Sector Lead of Healthcare and life Science at JLL Valuation Advisory. His focus included valuation consulting for hospitals, medical office buildings, surgery centers, imaging centers, behavioral hospitals, substance abuse treatment centers, labs, GMP/cGMP facilities, and others. Before joining JLL in 2016, Mr. Hill served on the National Healthcare Practice at Integra Realty Resources in Dallas. Before launching his career in appraisal, Mr. Hill spent ten years as a commercial real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Waco, TX where he was involved in sales, acquisitions, and leasing of retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties.

Brian Chandler

Brian L. Chandler serves as Senior Managing Director for Partner Valuation Advisors. In this role, Mr. Chandler participates in the national leadership of the firm and directs the Raleigh, North Carolina team. He also serves as National Practice Lead for Seniors Housing which is focused on conducting appraisals, market studies, large portfolio engagements, and consulting assignments for Seniors Housing and Healthcare properties nationwide. 

With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Chandler offers extensive experience in the preparation and desk review of consulting and valuation reports, market studies, and cash flow analysis reports for owners and developers, insurance companies, pension fund advisors, governmental agencies, commercial lending institutions, and investment companies experience.  In addition to his valuation experience, Mr. Chandler brings a rich perspective from his experience in real estate brokerage, tenant representation, and asset management.  

Prior to Partner Valuation Advisors, Mr. Chandler served as Managing Director for JLL Valuation and Advisory, overseeing the Seniors Housing and Healthcare teams for over six years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chandler served in various Managing Director/Partner roles at a national valuation firm in Dallas, Texas.
